I’ve been doing business with them for probably about 15 years both buying, and selling. they have an attractive selection of new and estate jewelry, and I trust their owners to accurately assess the quality of diamonds and other gemstones. The owners and staff maintain a professional, yet friendly relationship with their customers, and I feel very comfortable dealing with them.

First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.

They created a memorial piece for my late mother, and I couldn’t have asked for better. The price was more than fair, and it came out exactly as I pictured it. The turn around was very quick as well. Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
