Mia is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process with ease. Becky Hutmacher I had a wonderful experience at Andersons yesterday. The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace Ive had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasnt sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when youre in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

I was introduced to Bachrach Jewelers by my father—when I was getting engaged, he told me Mark’s father had created my mother’s engagement and wedding rings and I reached out to Mark thinking the story couldn’t be better. Mark and his apprentice Elijah guided me through the process of selecting both the style of the ring and the stone—they do a tremendous job of making the jewelry-buying process accessible and comfortable. Mark always has a good story to share and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Mark created the most-complimented and gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen and I have recommended their office to many of my friends. I have already returned to their shop for wedding bands and plan to do so again for custom jewelry down the road. It’s been a pleasure working with you, Mark and Eli!

Jp Jones I took my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring to Dream Jewelers so they could be cleaned and replated to white gold. They took a lot of time inspecting both rings stones and documenting the inspection before they even would accept the rings to work on them. They even showed me that one of the tiny diamonds in my wifes halo was not a real diamond. I was impressed with their inspection. I got a call from them after 24hrs telling me that the rings were ready for pickup! The rings look like they are brand new and my wife is super happy! Besides jewelry repair, they had a great selection of jewelry that caught my eye!
