5 /5 Richard Herndon: This is the only jewelry store I patronize in Springfield. I’ve been doing business with them for probably about 15 years both buying, and selling. they have an attractive selection of new and estate jewelry, and I trust their owners to accurately assess the quality of diamonds and other gemstones. The owners and staff maintain a professional, yet friendly relationship with their customers, and I feel very comfortable dealing with them.

5 /5 Mallory Fairless: Denny’s is absolutely amazing. I shopped around Springfield and found the people at Dennys to be the best to work with. They were friendly, patient and kind. On top of that their prices were the best around. I was blown away with how willing they were to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them!

1 /5 Haley Sonneborn: I should have read the reviews previous to shopping here. Talked with them about a special order ring. They gave an estimate of 2-3 weeks. After a month and a half I called for a status update. I understand things happen and can take a while, was just genuinely curious. But not only were they super rude on the phone, they also had no record of the information. This happened another time after I waited and called again. I was supposed to have my ring four months ago and I get married next month. Im disappointed because the stone they showed me was very pretty. Shame.

5 /5 Ashlen Miller: Took my engagement ring to get resized, as Ive done business with this Denneys in the past. Love that they resize it local and dont send it off to get lost in the mail. Super quick turn around, esp with no upcoming holidays. Staff was so kind and gentle with my jewelry and even cleaned up my other rings while I visited. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Keanna Guhlstorf: I did not purchase my wedding ring here but they have always repaired it/shined it up no questions asked. Very friendly, quick turn around time, and reasonable pricing. Love that they have an in-house jeweler!
