I am impressed with the amount of communication and help I got when wanting to purchase this ring. I lost my engagement ring that I Loved so much when I Was at the lake with family and decided instead of buying the same ring to look and see if I like something a little bit more Due to snagging issues I had with the last ring. I am in love with my new ring. The pictures can’t even compare to in person and I feel like I got an amazing deal. Psychedelic Jungle Nothing out of the ordinary, its a normal Spencers just like any other. Last time I went the employees seemed kind and easy to approach, one of them was even wearing an oversized wig with sunglasses and a fake beard, funny dude kinda looked like Jerry Garcia.

Emily and Julian Rose, from Windy City Diamonds, did a fantastic job on both mine and my husbands wedding bands and my engagement ring. She was responsive, easy to work with, and fully understood and executed the vision making the rings stunningly beautiful and comfortable. They custom made both my engagement ring and wedding band and did the engraving for my husbands wedding band as well. I would absolutely recommend going here if you are shopping for rings because they can truly design it all and the process is effortless!
