Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Kelli Storm I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.

Dana Stopped in for a quick consult/estimate on the repair and adjustment of my 12 year old wedding ring. It was missing a side diamond and the prongs were loose. I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!! Very satisfied with the final product!!! Highly recommend Flores!!

Jenny Leo Absolutely LOVE this jewelry store! The customer service is phenomenal! The lady whom I see when I go in to browse or give hints to my husband for purchases for anniversaries, mothers day, and birthdays is always so kind and informational. One day we talked about almost every trinket box like the two my husband has purchased for me and the beautiful one of a kind Jades that are all different that come from Guatemala. The owner goes to Guatemala and buys from locals who also make the beautiful colorful bags they put your jewelry in. The music is uplifting in the store and the atmosphere is inviting! If you are downtown and looking to browse or looking for that right piece of jewelry or trinket for someone special I would recommend stopping in at Harringtons! I promise you wont be disappointed!
