I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
