Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Paul J Przepiorka Got a few sweaters and other tops for spring and fall. They are pretty awesome, as the store is always nicely lit, clean and well organized. The rep tried to offer me a credit card, but the interest rates are way too high. Good way to try to entice people to become loyal repeat customers though and build credit if your bank turns you down. Would be nice if they had more US made clothes, but I understand, they dont make them, they just sell them. Anyway, great customer service, with plenty of people working there in case you need help finding anything.
