I can always find what I am looking for and if not in store they are always willing to order with reasonable prices. Often times they host fun events whether it be in store or on Facebook! Kelly squeezed us in for two permanent bracelets even though we called the day of and on the same day as the opening day of her new location! She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things! Buky Ogunleye This place is awesome. They’ve done a great job of adjusting my necklaces same day. Without any issues, they are not expensive either they are affordable. Tony is a really nice first thing I don’t know if he’s the owner, but he’s always been very helpful.

Mickaela Atkins The ladies at 715 took great care of me! They answered questions, took time with me to figure out what I really wanted, and didn’t push anything on me. They created a memorial piece for my late mother, and I couldn’t have asked for better. The price was more than fair, and it came out exactly as I pictured it. The turn around was very quick as well. Thank you for helping me create such an important piece!

Nina Friedman I worked with Priscilla at Steve Quick and I had an amazing experience. In my original engagement ring, made my a different company, the 3 prongs for my pear-shaped diamond kept moving and my stone kept count loose (which happened 3 times over 1.5 years). I brought my ring to Steve Quick and they remade it - it’s perfect! Priscilla kept the dainty look which I liked so much in my original ring, while making it much sturdier. My diamond isn’t going anywhere now! I will be back.

Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!
