(And all in-house and timely!) I felt at ease throughout. They are top notch and I will always use their services if needed.

I came here twice, once to get a chain repaired and another time to purchase a cross pendant and both times were a GREAT experience!! The staff was so friendly and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Would also like to specifically give a shout out to Kate for being very kind and easy to work with when it came to making a purchase. Cannot recommend this place enough!

5 /5 Julie Busch: I had been wanting to have some of my jewelry reset for YEARS, and I finally got the courage to do it. First up was my grandmothers ring, that I had already had reset once by another jeweler. A stone fell out and the old jeweler damaged the setting. And so it sat in my jewelry box for 20 years! Kate took so much time to discuss what they could do. They fixed the setting and basically redid everything to make the stones more stable. It looks amazing now and it feels awesome to be wearing it again. My second piece was my wedding ring. After my divorce, I had no idea what I could do with it, and Kate got to work researching settings and sending me options. We came up with a necklace that was so beautiful, I wore it on my daughter’s wedding day. Again, this was sitting in a jewelry box for over 10 years and now it’s a new piece I love. Please, go through your jewelry box and take those stagnant pieces and turn them into something you love! Ask for Kate and she will guide you. You won’t regret it!! Thank you My Jeweler!
