5 /5 J L: To those who left bad reviews, I’m sure there is validity. To those who left neutral reviews, there is validity. I happened to have a positive experience. Finding the right piece of jewelry for that special someone can be a daunting and overwhelming task to say the least. BE happens to outsource the majority of their customer service calls, and they were transparent about it. I do not live remotely close to Chicago, but my call was answered/directed to the showroom there. Molly Hodges, if you read/see this, please know that you made my day. A simple welcoming “hello, I’m happy to help you”, went a long way. Molly, ended up taking care of me with her expertise, professionalism, patience (b/c I had a million questions), and understanding. She was responsive, and made sure to follow up, AND send suggestions. Even though I was not present and in person at their showroom, I felt like she was with me from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect ring at a price point I was comfortable with pursuing. Shopping for jewelry is a very personal experience and everybody’s will be different than mine. Shop what matters most to you, and if BE happens to be the correct fit for you then I think it’s an excellent place to buy the perfect piece of jewelry to cherish for years to come.
