1 /5 Teri Guhl: Horrible experience. I have had this ring for almost two years but have been able to wear it just a matter of months. Within a month of receiving this ring the center stone came lose and was rattling around. We sent it in for repairs and had a nightmare experience with customer service. They kept blaming me when I have multiple gem stone rings that I wear daily that have no issues. The center stone has come loose at least three more times, we keep sending it back in for repairs and it takes months each time and sometimes isn’t even fixed. The center stone was set completely uneven twice, we sent it back in and it came back with the band shaped like an oval - I could barely even get it on my hand, sent it in again and it was broken within a few months again. Total nightmare. The center stone is loose again now and I’m done trying with Brilliant Earth. I will go to my local jeweler to see what they can do or have the center stone reset into a new ring. Horrible customer service. Will not give you your money back no matter what kind of nightmare they put you through.

5 /5 Victoria Now: My fiancée and I both proposed to each other with rings from Brilliant Earth. (Gay girl things) Mine was the biggest surprise of them all, and the ring is incredible. When we took mine to be resized, we met Molly at the showroom. Molly took the time to let us try on almost every ring in the case. This helped me figure out what my fiancée wanted so I could secretly get her the ring she wanted and do a surprise proposal back to her. Special shout out to Molly & Trinity at this location. They were the best part of the experience. I almost knocked a point off for the delay in my delivery, but Molly & Trinity made it such a personalized experience that it made up for the delay. Everything happened perfectly and the way it was supposed to. Thank you Oak Showroom!

5 /5 J L: To those who left bad reviews, I’m sure there is validity. To those who left neutral reviews, there is validity. I happened to have a positive experience. Finding the right piece of jewelry for that special someone can be a daunting and overwhelming task to say the least. BE happens to outsource the majority of their customer service calls, and they were transparent about it. I do not live remotely close to Chicago, but my call was answered/directed to the showroom there. Molly Hodges, if you read/see this, please know that you made my day. A simple welcoming “hello, I’m happy to help you”, went a long way. Molly, ended up taking care of me with her expertise, professionalism, patience (b/c I had a million questions), and understanding. She was responsive, and made sure to follow up, AND send suggestions. Even though I was not present and in person at their showroom, I felt like she was with me from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect ring at a price point I was comfortable with pursuing. Shopping for jewelry is a very personal experience and everybody’s will be different than mine. Shop what matters most to you, and if BE happens to be the correct fit for you then I think it’s an excellent place to buy the perfect piece of jewelry to cherish for years to come.
