Olivia Green I wish I could give Ethan Lord, specifically Erika, more than 5 stars! She made the entire process seamless. From my husband originally going in to pick out my engagement ring, all the way through creating our wedding bands together, she was incredible. Erika is truly the kindest human and immediately made us feel so comfortable, especially since neither of us knew much about rings. She’s funny, warm, and one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years. I get compliments on my ring everywhere I go, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and care. Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. Cyndi Overcash I have a ring that Ive worn for many years. Long story short, it got damaged what I thought was beyond repair. It was suggested to go to S&F to have them look at it. Not only was it repaired, it looks brand new. I cant tell where it was soldered (in more than 1 area), it was polished and reshaped. Also, it was back within days!! If you have a jewelry need, I suggest making this your 1st place to go! Very nice as well! TY S&F!
