Not only was the service incredibly fast and the price very reasonable, but they did an absolutely beautiful job. My ring looks just as new as it did 27 years ago. They are true professionals, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. Tom Vowell This is the best place to find exactly what your looking to buy. I wanted to get my wife some earrings for our anniversary. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had to order them and when there was a problem with the shipper they ordered two more pair from another supplier for me to chose from and overnighted them. The delivery was running late and they were going to close but they told me they would stay until they were delivered. They kept in touch with text messages keeping me updated. When I went there they were exactly what I wanted. GREAT owners and GREAT customer service! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!
