Patrick Talley This shop was great. It was clean with a friendly environment. I had to bring my son with and my child was treated with the same high level of respect as I recieved. Theres a little bit of everything in here. Prices were fair. Some stuff was cheaper some stuff more expensive like graded coins for instance. I dont buy graded personally as Im primarily a stacker. I will be a life long customer now. I highly recommend giving this store a shot.

John Stannis They did a great job fixing my sons clasp on his chain and also resizing, fixing, and cleaning my wifes ring. They are reasonably priced and cheaper then the big franchised jewelry stores. Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will go definitely there again.

Mike Librik Jesus Christ on a pogo stick! Though Im only so much into the stuff they sell, this is the finest use of mall retail space Ive ever seen. Go buy something there just to go in. This is a remarkable store, appearing unexpectedly in a half empty shopping mall in Peoria Illinois.

Sue Majchrzak I actually had the pleasure of meeting Jane and her beautiful dog Lilly on a walk downtown Plainfield and it was the perfect timing! I needed my wedding ring resized to fit for my 20th wedding anniversary and my husbands cleaned and Jane went above and beyond taking great care with our pieces and making them look better than new! You won’t be disappointed walking in here even if it’s just for a chat or to pet Lilly! Thanks Jane!

Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.

Jen Grooms I cant say enough great things about this place! I brought in my dads ring (who passed away several years ago) because I found it recently while clearing out my mothers house. I brought it to them to see if they could save it... It was scratched and the metal was bent. They EXCEEDED my expectations, not only were the prices fair and reasonable, but they got the work done at lightening speed! Im a very, very happy customer and will bring all my jewelry repair/purchasing business to them from here on out.

She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget! When we couldn’t find what I wanted in store, she checked online for other options and found a chain that was perfect. I was able to pick it up at a different location on my drive home (I was visiting from out of state) and he got to wear it to his brothers wedding the next day! Thank you again!!
