Lisa Andrews It is always such a pleasure to visit this lovely and quaint jewelry store whenever I fly in from Los Angeles. Their customer service is impeccable. For example I had a ring that needed sizing and the owner rushed out to inquire what I needed but it was unfortunate she could not size it as she indicated that she was a month out in repairs. That’s indeed saying something as clearly she is in demand. Despite this she offered a temporary solution and placed a ring guard to keep it in place. I also appreciated the intentional conversation we had with the sales rep who was delightful as well. I ended up buying a beautiful set of silver bracelets that are fun “arm candy” There are a few other pieces I have my eye on and hope to pop back by before I return to LA. Straiths is a great option for high quality jewelry at a magnificent price point. Dr. L

Eric Klein I ordered my fiancée’s engagement ring through Ivy & Rose. The experience was great from start to finish! Brittney was very helpful in helping me pick out the diamond and design the ring, even though I was across the country. We are even still getting ring compliments from strangers a year later! Abbey Huge thank you to Koya! She helped me pick out the perfect anniversary gift for my boyfriend! She was very patient and absolutely the sweetest. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget! When we couldn’t find what I wanted in store, she checked online for other options and found a chain that was perfect. I was able to pick it up at a different location on my drive home (I was visiting from out of state) and he got to wear it to his brothers wedding the next day! Thank you again!!

Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
