5 /5 Abbey: Huge thank you to Koya! She helped me pick out the perfect anniversary gift for my boyfriend! She was very patient and absolutely the sweetest. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget! When we couldn’t find what I wanted in store, she checked online for other options and found a chain that was perfect. I was able to pick it up at a different location on my drive home (I was visiting from out of state) and he got to wear it to his brothers wedding the next day! Thank you again!!

Kelly greeted me with a friendly smile and was quick to listen to my story and ask questions before showing me rings. She took the time to learn the style of rings and the budget I was going for while familiarizing herself with my inspiration photos. The whole interaction wasn’t rushed but focused on bringing my vision to life. She quickly found a wedding band that was everything I envisioned and more, which brought the out small details engagement ring, making it sparkle. She never pushed me to purchase a ring I wasn’t comfortable and took the time to explain the details and break down pricing options. When I told her I had to pause and consult with my husband, she understood and took a few minutes to update my profile and put the rings on there to look at in detail at home. After a week, I knew I had to buy the rings. I drove specifically for her. I informed her because of her kindness and honesty, it was a no brainer to come back and purchase with her! Kelly made my wedding ring experience 100 times better than my previous experience, which I’m entirely thankful for! I will come back to Kelly for any jewelry needs and cannot recommend her enough! Her customer service skills and interaction was one of the best I’ve experienced!!

She was super clear and precise about fees, inclusions in purchases, and willing to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend seeing her if you’re looking for jewelry at Kay’s!

5 /5 Kevin Gade: Avi was awesome!!! She help clean and warranty service my wedding ring, and it looks GREAT!! I also needed a clasp put on a chain, she directed me to where to buy a clasp because Kay’s was out. She also told me to buy it, bring it to her and she would put it on!!! Way above the call of service. It is employees like this that keep me returning to Kay’s!!!! Also (and I forgot) the other employees working today were also very very friendly, engaging, and a great reflection of what Kay’s should want in their employees!!!! Well done!!!!!

5 /5 B Loman: My teenage son was buying a ring for his girlfriend and had a budget to stick to. We had gone a few other places but came up with nothing. My wedding set is from Kay and I have always been happy with the jewelry and service there, so I suggested we head to the mall and ask if they have anything within his price range. Patti was so helpful. She pulled out a few options to choose from, treated him like an adult and it was really just a treat to stand back, and watch his first big purchase with his own money. She was a pleasure to work with and so friendly. She explained everything about the warranties to him and made sure he understood how to care for and upkeep the ring and about sizing. We will definitely be back for his future purchases and we will be sticking with Patti as well!
