Michelle Karas My boyfriend and I stopped into this Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings for the future. Lisa and Denise right away got up and asked what we were looking for. They gave me lots of options, in what I liked. I tend to like more simple designs with a pear shape diamond. I originally came in wanting an opal, but Lisa informed me how sensitive opal rings are. That then helped me choose a more of a diamond ring, as it’s not as sensitive. They told my boyfriend and I about there deals, and helped us save a lot of money with getting our rings. Please stop by here if you want to save money, and get incredible service. I went in to have a diamond reset in my wedding ring, left there with a nice watch for my husband. Psychedelic Jungle Nothing out of the ordinary, its a normal Spencers just like any other. Last time I went the employees seemed kind and easy to approach, one of them was even wearing an oversized wig with sunglasses and a fake beard, funny dude kinda looked like Jerry Garcia.

Angelica SO INSANELY HAPPY WITH MY RING!!! My fiancé came here from great recommendations from his brother and best friend, he came with the photo and simple details from some ring shopping we did from a chain Jewelery store, but this ring is so much better (literally quality/color/size of the diamond). My fiancé was really impressed and felt comfortable with this purchase because Mass made sure to educate him on all the jewelry quality standards, while working with his price point. There’s slight details that he added, that i didn’t even think about or was told about in other big chain stores. For example, the band is SO comfortable, i can sleep in it and wear it all day, and i don’t feel it. I have worn rings for years on many of my fingers but eventually i feel them and can’t wait to take them off at the end of the night, not this one! He also added the sweetest little diamonds around the settings beneath, such a sweet detail i didn’t think about but immediately noticed and loved. Lastly, the appraisal was sent promptly via email, making it easy and painless to get it insured right away. These 5 stars reviews are truely well deserved.

Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.
