The team quickly realized the expansion band was a bit too complex to handle in-store, so they shipped my watch out for adjustment at no charge.
Normally, that process takes 2–3 weeks, which is completely understandable—but I had a wedding on August 9th and dropped it off only about 10 days before. They went above and beyond by putting a rush on the repair, getting it back to the store in time, and even calling me the minute it arrived so I could pick it up the day before the wedding.
The customer service was perfect from Cara and the other associates, as well. Every interaction was friendly and professional, making me feel like my project actually mattered. This kind of customer care is rare in the days of big business. I recommend Zembar for all your jewelry shopping, repairs, and alterations—you won’t find better service anywhere, and the prices on the items I saw in store, on top of the cost to alter my watch, were the absolute best in the area.
