We had a family stone we needed reset; they helped us design a setting, even providing a complimentary wax model to help me visualize the ring and make edits before it was cast. Their communication was great and they made an overwhelming experience feel easy.

Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

Lorna Lynch I lost my father 3 months ago. My mom has been gone for 5 years. They didn’t have much to leave my brothers and myself, which none of us expected. My brother found my Dad’s will and in it he left me his wedding ring. It was gold and silver with a channel of 7 little diamonds. I didn’t want to just put it in a box and forget about it. So, this wonderful, sweet, professional jeweler , Dan, looked at the ring, asked what kind of setting I would like. I wasn’t sure but he came up with 3 settings to look at and the first one he put together was exactly what I was thinking about. He explained everything to me and after looking at my Dad’s ring, he called and spoke with me about price, which was extremely reasonable for a custom made ring, In order to keep price even lower, he said if I wanted to only use the silver, since I wanted the setting in silver, and he wasn’t sure that both the gold and silver could be used, I agreed to just have the silver and I would give the gold to them and the price would be less. When I went to pickup up the finished ring, he told me he had a surprise for me .After investigating things, he and his associate figured a way to use the gold and the silver from my Dad’s ring. In other words this totally different ring, was all created from everything in my Dad’s ring. It was very touching to me that the ring was different, but all of my Dad’s. I know he would be so pleased at the way it turned out. It won’t be in a box but I will wear it every day. He took the time to assess my piece with honesty and fairness, to the point where he recommended I try selling on eBay or online to make more money than what he would offer. I reached out again because I hadn’t wrote down any of the details for the online posting, and without hesitation he told me to stop back in, and he would write down a title and description for the piece. Angelica SO INSANELY HAPPY WITH MY RING!!! My fiancé came here from great recommendations from his brother and best friend, he came with the photo and simple details from some ring shopping we did from a chain Jewelery store, but this ring is so much better (literally quality/color/size of the diamond). My fiancé was really impressed and felt comfortable with this purchase because Mass made sure to educate him on all the jewelry quality standards, while working with his price point. There’s slight details that he added, that i didn’t even think about or was told about in other big chain stores. For example, the band is SO comfortable, i can sleep in it and wear it all day, and i don’t feel it. I have worn rings for years on many of my fingers but eventually i feel them and can’t wait to take them off at the end of the night, not this one! He also added the sweetest little diamonds around the settings beneath, such a sweet detail i didn’t think about but immediately noticed and loved. Lastly, the appraisal was sent promptly via email, making it easy and painless to get it insured right away. These 5 stars reviews are truely well deserved.
