Janeane talked us through from start to finish, from planning to polishing! In a few short hours at the workshop we left with two unique, custom wedding rings!

5 /5 Gian B: Janeane was an absolute delight to work with throughout the process of designing our wedding rings and guiding us through the workshop to make them ourselves. We werent planning to have a "unity ceremony" for our wedding itself, so this was a great activity to bring my partner and I closer to each other. The 4-hour workshop in her studio was a lot of fun, and we left the rings with her so she could set the stones we wanted, including repurposing a couple from my mothers wedding ring. It took a couple months to finish since we had somewhat more complicated custom designs, but that didnt matter as we had scheduled it way in advance of our wedding. Janeanes love for the art and craft of handmade jewelry comes through the care and attention she gives in her work, and were glad to have these rings for many decades to come!

To start, Janeane was the most personable, welcoming person to work with. She was a wonderful teacher and her care and kindness is really what made the experience special. We had the best time! We are so proud of the rings and we love telling people that we made them from start to finish!! Oh, and the best part, Janeane was kind enough to let our photographers join. They captured everything and I’m just in awe of how amazing the day was! I’ve told everyone I know about it and I am pretty sure there will be a few friends coming your way Janeane! I cannot stop raving about how special our wedding bands are and how they were part of one of our very favorite days. Thank you for all you do!

5 /5 Michael Rariden: Making wedding bands with Janeane was wonderful! Shes easy to work with and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I found the price to be comparable to buying the rings, and my fiance and I agree that this experience was SO much more meaningful. Once we scheduled our workshop, we met a few months beforehand to talk about what design we wanted over Zoom. A few weeks before we confirmed our choices and Janeane had everything ready for us on the day of our workshop. The whole workshop took us about 5 hours, but that was because we had to do an extra resizing step. Im happy that we got to do so much of the craftmanship ourselves, maybe 98%, and Janeane only stepped in when we started slowing down, which Im honestly grateful for. Polishing the rings really made them feel like wedding bands emerging from just pieces of metal. When everything was finished, it was a bit wild to just walk out with the wedding bands completely finished. Wed highly recommend to anyone looking for a similar experience.
