Cindi Marcello I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. Mike and Denetta Eager We bought my handmade wedding set from Dame and Hurdle 5 years ago. We were back in Quincy visiting family and stopped in to Udry Jewelry to get my ring cleaned. They noticed I had a small crack, one of the prongs needed some attention, and it needed a little resizing. We explained we were only in town a couple days. They put my ring at the top of the list, cleaned it, sized it and repaired it same day. Truly top notch customer service and superior jewelry. We will always come back.

Patrick Talley This shop was great. It was clean with a friendly environment. I had to bring my son with and my child was treated with the same high level of respect as I recieved. Theres a little bit of everything in here. Prices were fair. Some stuff was cheaper some stuff more expensive like graded coins for instance. I dont buy graded personally as Im primarily a stacker. I will be a life long customer now. I highly recommend giving this store a shot.

Brandy Gomez My girls love these necklaces and bracelets. They are unique and stand out, they dont have friends that have any that match. The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well. We have a different necklace for each day. Thank you!!

Stephanie Umek My boyfriend got me a heart clasp bracelet for Christmas. But he bought it in October. I’m not entirely sure what their return policy is but the bracelet was too small. They accepted an exchange and I’m so grateful. There was a gentleman helping me and then I think his manager’s name was Desteny V. Thank you both so much!!!
