5 /5 Cindi Marcello: I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. They will be my "I gotta guy" place for jewelry forever. Thank you, Leslie and Costello Jewelry!

5 /5 Hope Morgan: Bought a ring in St Thomas (2 months ago), while washing dishes ( ya ya I know, take it off, but I was out of town and didnt want to forget it) so... I heard a ting and looked down, the main stone popped out!!! No bent prongs, none missing... NOT A HAPPY CAMPER... took it to Costello Jewelers and talked with Michelle. She took it to their repair man, and needless to say HE FIXED IT ON THE SPOT! Great service and No Charge! Rarely has this happened to me. I have used their services before with great results, but this was a pleasant surprise! Thank You Costello Jewelers for making my day! See you soon!

Engagement rings (3 rings -same guy, long story), wedding rings, watches, battery replacements, jewelry repairs, ring cleanings etc. From the beautifully decorated store to the SUPERB quality and selection of their jewelry to the OUTSTANDING customer service and fair prices….Costello’s has it all. Michele makes every customer feel like the most important person in the world. With her expertise and care, Michele helped me to create the beautiful ring pictured. Costello’s attention to detail is second to none. We would drive from our home in Chicago just to go to Costello’s in Glen Ellyn. Leslie and Ralph have been very helpful as well. Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Costello’s.

They were professional, creative, patient and willing to bring in several diamonds until we found the perfect cut and size for my special occasion. It’s absolutely gorgeous & shines beautifully. They are great if you are looking for a simple repair or a one of a kind piece! I recently had my original engagement ring reset with some family diamonds and I LOVE IT!!!
