Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Debbie Meyer I brought in some old jewelry from my mom, and grandma to recycle into an Heirloom ring for myself. From the begining Shelly & Mike were very helpful. They helped us design the ring using some of the stones from the jewelry I had brought in. They bought the gold and credited it towards the new ring. So now instead of having unused, and broken jewelry laying around in the drawer, I now have a beautiful ring I can wear and eventually pass down to my daughter and maybe she can pass it down to my granddaughter some day. L D I proposed to my girlfriend of 4 years 2 months ago and our custom rings from Inspiredesign are PERFECT! The black stone is black spinel and purple is amethyst and both are in white gold. The turn around time was insanely quick and the quality is phenomenal. We constantly get complements. They’re everything we wanted and more! Can’t thank this place enough for the amazing job they did!

Corry Engelbrecht I love this place so much! The employees are always incredibly nice, and the whole vibe of the store is wonderful. The stores name is perfect, too. There are so many interesting and incredibly unique items that I promise you wont find anywhere else in the Illinois Valley. In fact, many things, you wont find anywhere else, period! You will especially love this place if you like spooky things. Its probably a good thing its not located on a street I often drive, because if I was frequently reminded of its existence, Id likely spend all of my money there!
