Crystal Serpico When I knew I wanted a custom engagement ring I googled local jewelers. After reading reviews from local places, I landed on MCJ Jewelers. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

Debbie Meyer I brought in some old jewelry from my mom, and grandma to recycle into an Heirloom ring for myself. From the begining Shelly & Mike were very helpful. They helped us design the ring using some of the stones from the jewelry I had brought in. They bought the gold and credited it towards the new ring. So now instead of having unused, and broken jewelry laying around in the drawer, I now have a beautiful ring I can wear and eventually pass down to my daughter and maybe she can pass it down to my granddaughter some day. Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Psychedelic Jungle Nothing out of the ordinary, its a normal Spencers just like any other. Last time I went the employees seemed kind and easy to approach, one of them was even wearing an oversized wig with sunglasses and a fake beard, funny dude kinda looked like Jerry Garcia.
