After finding out that information 3 weeks into the process, I had to start all over and find a jeweler that could make a miracle happen: have a ring sized and set with diamonds within just a month now. Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Kelli Storm I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.

Ashleigh DAndrea David Nelson’s Jewelers is a family owned and operated staple of Joliet!!! You get the best price, with the best quality on any thing that you buy. Dave and this establishment are pillars of Joliet’s community. Without his store front on Jefferson Street? I swear to God, I would think the world is ending. The quality of his jewelry knows no end! I have seen rare volcanic diamonds that could only be obtained by crossing the world over. Dave Nelson is one of those people that you rarely, if ever, come across in a lifetime. If you have jewelry that you need him to validate? He is always the first one to be generous enough to do it, even if there’s nothing to validate in an endless pile. No one else does this, trust me, I have tried. When my mother passed from breast cancer? I had so much questionable jewelry and there was no one or where to go that would check it all, except Dave. He was there for me, professionally, and always has been. Dave is exceptionally generous. His son is also one of my very best friends. If I could cover all of the times that Dave was there for me as child? I would. How many times he put dinner on the table for me while I had none? How many times he stuck up for me to bullies? How many times he had pig roasts and invited the entire community? I could go on, forever. This place? These people? They defy quality and kindness. They show you the very definition of ‘Class’. Skye Kmiec I absolutely love my beautiful ring, and I’m so thankful to be able to come in and have it cleaned, welded, and inspected completely for free. I just came in today to have my first ring inspection, and I also asked their advice on a different ring I’d gotten stuck on my finger the night before. They offered to help me get it off, and were able to in seconds! All after a whole 24 hours of having it stuck. Saved me a possible emergency room visit, just by their kindness, so grateful.
