Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

She sent it off I didn’t owe anything in store day she sent it off and got it back earlier than expected. Got ring back and warranty back on it! Alex Diaz Bago Jewelry went above and beyond to help me with my problem! My wife had realized a small diamond had fallen off her ring and was devastated. Luckily she found it right away and we were panicking trying to find somewhere to repair it as we are not from here. We are so lucky to have heard about Bago Jewelry. The turn around was also super quick! He did the repair in about hour! Talking to Greg and his son Alex was also very nice! They made me feel reassured and said it would be a very simple fix.
