1 /5 Kathy Buquet: I purchased a sterling silver chain for my grandson. I have owned sterling silver and worn it all my life.. i have never had it turn copper color!! And this sterling silver that i purchased from Z turned copper .. we brought it back to the Z and they cleaned and they charged my grandson ! Within two days it was copper again! The manager assured me they are a reputable company .. ill never go back!

5 /5 Jeremy “Smaug”: I had a really good experience here buying a couple watches. The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive. Ive been in here other times when I just wanted to browse, and they were good with that too. Im told its a family-owned store. It feels good to support that. Here are a couple of pix: one of the store front, and one of the store interior with the two staff who helped me. Prices were fair too, with a reasonable discount off of the ridiculous MSRP prices. I bought a Tissot watch for myself and a Citizen Eco-Drive for my mom for Christmas.

They were able to take on our size issues and even were able to sell us an anniversary band. They had great customer service and a pleasure to work with. We are customers for life because of them.
