Angelica SO INSANELY HAPPY WITH MY RING!!! My fiancé came here from great recommendations from his brother and best friend, he came with the photo and simple details from some ring shopping we did from a chain Jewelery store, but this ring is so much better (literally quality/color/size of the diamond). My fiancé was really impressed and felt comfortable with this purchase because Mass made sure to educate him on all the jewelry quality standards, while working with his price point. There’s slight details that he added, that i didn’t even think about or was told about in other big chain stores. For example, the band is SO comfortable, i can sleep in it and wear it all day, and i don’t feel it. I have worn rings for years on many of my fingers but eventually i feel them and can’t wait to take them off at the end of the night, not this one! He also added the sweetest little diamonds around the settings beneath, such a sweet detail i didn’t think about but immediately noticed and loved. Lastly, the appraisal was sent promptly via email, making it easy and painless to get it insured right away. These 5 stars reviews are truely well deserved.

Sandy Carver Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.

Brandy Gomez My girls love these necklaces and bracelets. They are unique and stand out, they dont have friends that have any that match. The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well. Mark always has a good story to share and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Mark created the most-complimented and gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen and I have recommended their office to many of my friends.
