I am impressed with the amount of communication and help I got when wanting to purchase this ring. I lost my engagement ring that I Loved so much when I Was at the lake with family and decided instead of buying the same ring to look and see if I like something a little bit more Due to snagging issues I had with the last ring. I am in love with my new ring. The pictures can’t even compare to in person and I feel like I got an amazing deal. Even though I live the state over, I am only getting my jewelry from now on from this business. I love the vintage and unique rings that they also have you cannot find in other retail store. Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Paul J Przepiorka Got a few sweaters and other tops for spring and fall. They are pretty awesome, as the store is always nicely lit, clean and well organized. The rep tried to offer me a credit card, but the interest rates are way too high. Good way to try to entice people to become loyal repeat customers though and build credit if your bank turns you down. Would be nice if they had more US made clothes, but I understand, they dont make them, they just sell them. Anyway, great customer service, with plenty of people working there in case you need help finding anything.

Cyndi Overcash I have a ring that Ive worn for many years. Long story short, it got damaged what I thought was beyond repair. It was suggested to go to S&F to have them look at it. Not only was it repaired, it looks brand new. I cant tell where it was soldered (in more than 1 area), it was polished and reshaped. Also, it was back within days!! If you have a jewelry need, I suggest making this your 1st place to go! Very nice as well! TY S&F!
