We were fortunate to not only work with the best of the best, but we discovered in Trisha a person who has the highest integrity and an even bigger heart! We were also blessed to have met Maureen, who was a great, great encourager and supporter alongside Trisha. Trisha and Maureen have helped to take our relationship with Costello jewelers to new Heights. I, James, have been a customer of Costello Jewelers going back 1998 and now a customer with Katherine for the last eight years as a couple. I want to give a special shout out to Jose who has been at Costello as long as I’ve shopped there. I see that gifted artisan working with amazing skill and artistry every single time I’ve been to Costello. He is one of the main individuals who helps to create and refine the jewelry that the Costello customers have come to know and love. Where would an exceptional jeweler be without an extraordinary artist like Jose? We are so grateful to the Costello family for their fine locations and even finer business and hospitality. We always appreciate their family and spiritual values and always love the meaningful mailers we receive, especially at Christmas time!

Jolt 7800 My new Timex watch had one of the bands that pinched the skin when wearing it. I called Curtis Jewelers to see about a replacement band. I wasn’t sure if a “real” jewelry store even messed with a smaller task, but they told me to bring it in. They took the time to measure my watch to make sure the band would be correct. The selection in their catalog rivaled online shopping, and was far less confusing. In a few days I had an athletic style band for my watch and could not be happier. Don’t take your watch to some kiosk in the mall. Curtis is friendly and helpful!

Bill Techau Christopher listened attentively to my partner and me, set his creative mind working, and created two beautiful rings. He spoke honestly about the price and did not push us into anything we did not want. He provided expert guidance and advice without being overbearing. He is a helluva a good conversationalist! And his wife Lois is kind, knowledgeable, and good at maths. What a beautiful partnership!

jill davis Absolutely amazing staff and service! Shannon was THE BEST. She worked with us when we ran into a snag with our ring choice ( No fault of hers. It was on us), and she turned it all around with zero problems and a warm and helpful smile. She made me the happiest bride to be and an extremely satisfied customer!!! Highly recommend this Helzberg store!

John Watters One of the best jewelers! My wife passed and her funeral is this Friday, my ring was too small so I called around. Most places told me 2 weeks, one told me they would try for $200 but no promises. I was willing to pay whatever to wear my wedding ring then I called Christopher they told me come in right away and would try to get it done. He worked on it right away, when I pulled out my card to pay he wouldnt accept a payment, not even a tip. He wanted to make sure I could wear it at the funeral! Definitely a place I have to rave about & if you could give 100 stars he deserves it
