I came to Traci on the day my mother would have been buried if not for the cancellation of her funeral amid covid concerns. It was an emotional day for me to say the least! I presented my moms wedding and engagement rings to Traci and asked her if they could be combined to make a new ring. There was without a doubt so much sentimental value involved.
She listened to my story and was genuinely interested and sensitive to my feelings. After examining my Mothers wedding band, she pointed out the inscription my Father and written that I didnt even know was there!
Contacting me promptly after the time she proposed it would take her, she showed me two designs. One was what I had described to her and one she had created...it was stunning! Of course I went with her design!
As promised, within the time frame she gave, she promptly contacted me when the ring was done. I picked it up on the 3rd month anniversary of my moms passing. Traci remembered.
The ring is absolutely beautiful and as my daughter-in-law expressed it is very contemporary! Traci did an amazing job from start to finish redesigning a family heirloom, creating a lasting treasure and treating me more like a friend than a client.
