Matt R Flora Gems is the definition of exceptional. Ive been working with Lisa to secure my first Rolex (126610LV) and shes been incredibly welcoming every time Ive visited. Weve talked for hours through multiple visits and each time Ive felt genuinely valued. Ive since purchased a ring for my wife for Mothers Day and, again, nothing short of an exceptional experience. I showed Lisa a picture of the ring, she 3D printed a model for my approval, submitted the order, and I received the ring exactly as expected. Thank you Lisa and Flora Gems for such an amazing experience! Special thanks to Tyler, as well, for being exceptionally welcoming every time I visit. Cameron Reynolds My and my fiancée came in to get our wedding bands for each other and to resize my fiancées engagement ring. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated. Our contact, Alesha aided us in our decisions, lowering prices, and checking in with us throughout the process; She was wonderful. For my wedding band, I brought in another ring to be melted down and repoured into another design. The designer did a fantastic job and K Hollis went to great lengths to lower the price estimate and to get the final product that I desired. Lastly, they did fantastic with the resizing and were even able to keep a very detailed engraving despite it being where they would normally cut the ring. Overall, we had a great experience and couldnt recommend them more.

Tanya Orndorff I was looking for a jeweler close to home because my watches needed to get new betteries, and one needed a small repair. I also had some jewelery that I no longer wanted, and thought I would bring it in with me when I dropped off my watches to see if they were interested in them. Susan, the owner, was there and helped me right away. What she didnt know is that I had thought about selling my rings before, and other jewelers had looked at the wedding set. Spencers did make me a better offer, and I was happy to let them go and put that money to good use. I also cant wait to go back and shop around. I wear a lot of business casual attire, and sometimes a nice piece of jewelery makes you look a little more put together. They have jewelery in my budget, and some pretty little things that I cant wait to add to my birthday/anniversary/xmas lists! Also want to note they have a very friendly staff :) 5 stars, 6 flags, 2 thumbs up!

ariel lanier Wonderful place to get your jewelry fixed. The prices are fair and the owner is wonderful. I got my ring resized by size and a half she did an amazing job at a price that I could actually afford. I didnt think I was ever going to be able to wear my ring again but I am so happy that I can thanks to her.
