Raksheen I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!

Jason Krischke Worked with Madison and the team at Adornment & Theory to build out a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. They were fantastic from start to finish, with a great detailed and iterative approach, giving us sketches, a CAD design, and ultimately the completed ring. They were great allowing me to provide my own diamond, customizing the design, and even accommodating some awesome personal touches (embedded stones inside the band). We’re working with them now on wedding bands, and having a similarly awesome experience. Great local business to support, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much!

Cindi Marcello I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. Hiram is an incredible rep and so helpful and kind! He spent meaningful time with us and was very honest with us about different styles. Heather Hammond I love this place. Noral fixes you jewelry and gives it back to you when it’s repaired. They also have a wide variety of jewelry along with cool globes. They also have nice employees that are cheerful and can probably be your friend.

Heather Creed Azar Jewlers was wonderful! A prong broke off my original setting and they were able fix it and change the center stone with confidence. We went through many options and I couldn’t be happier!
