1 /5 Matt Gourley: Dont take anything of real value here personally i stopped doing business with them after about 10 years they offer u pennies on the dollar hoping u default so they can sell ur item for 4 times what they loaned u then when u go to pay it off they will tell u one thing on phone and it will be alot higher when u go to get it out complete scam artist every since it was bought out management changed but until they get people in there that actually know what shit is worth or decent employees they will lose alot of business Ive personally seen it

1 /5 Adam Counts: Can’t pawn a 700 impact gun that’s brand new because it doesn’t have the right air fitting. What a joke of a company. Wouldn’t not recommend this hole in the wall.

5 /5 Jim Adams: I have used several pawn shops around the world, and I would have to say that the folks that work in this one are the most respectful I have ever done business with. No one wants to find themselves in the position that they need to use a pawn shop, but unfortunately some health issues have put me in that position. Most other shops I have used have made me feel embarrassed about being in that position, not this group of people. They barely know me and treated me like theyve known me forever. Although they are called different things, in different countries, the business model is pretty much the same. Ive used them in four different countries and all across the United States, and as I stated, this group is top notch, and its not only one employee, it is every one of them. GREAT WORK GUYS

1 /5 JoEllen Miller: I dont know if it was a manager or the staff that cost the sale of that samsung watch, but for future sales if you have 2 different price tags on the item when a customer has it brought up to the counter the lower price should be honored, its not cool to try pulling a slick one by removing the lower price tag now if I didnt purchase said item then remove old tag and jack the price up on the next person but you didnt do your job right by not removing the old tag ...but you wanted to make it my 20.00 mistake i felt cheated.. that is the only reason I went and spent my money on amazon
