She was able to source the exact specs/dimensions we were looking for. We previously had shopped around at multiple locations including Jewelers Row in the city and it was very clear Krystyna’s experience was unmatched. It was a stress free process and incredibly streamlined. The ring was ready to go in a couple weeks. Not to mention the ring was 10x cleaner than any of the previous ones we saw at other locations. THE PREACHER These guys were AWESOME!!!! The ladies were SOOO helpful, and patient... and ALL I was trying to do was have my watch cleaned... They even cleaned my wifes ring while we waited, and for NOTHING... I came in with my Bulova, and it was GROSS.... Years of abuse and just nasty in the cracks and its WAY to pretty to be THAT dirty... This watch is my baby.. And they made it look almost NEW!!!! And for ONLY $20 !!!! I was expecting MUCH higher... and they did an AWESOME job!!! Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending to others with any chance I can.... Thanks Lueckes!!!!!

Wes, the store manager helped us, and the service he gave us waa tentative, professional, and polite. We never once felt rushed, we got all of our questions answered in our needs met.
