2 /5 Elizabeth Piehler: Good selection, fair prices, horrible customer service.
I have never been in before and decided to see what they offered. I walked in and immediately liked what I saw product-wise. However I was not greeted or helped or even looked at during my 20-25 minute visit. I walked completely around the store just observing their selection. There were three women working at the time of my visit. One was training the other, so I understood they were busy. The other did not obviously appear to be doing anything, however it could have been something I just couldnt see. All three women stood behind the cash wrap in the center of the store during the entire duration of my visit. As I was heading back towards the front, two older ladies walked in and immediately were greeted with a cheery hello. Maybe I just didnt look like the type of customer they usually help or deign to give even the slightest amount of customer service to as I was wearing my work polo and jeans. However, as a manager in retail, I am seriously disappointed in the lack of customer service, or even basic cordialism and politeness that any business should strive to apply to each and every person who walks in their door.
