Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Sarah Hirsch Fantastic place to do business. Wanted a unique necklace for my birthday and Merry Richards was phenomenal. Worked with Margaret to find the stone, setting, and chain for my dream necklace. The whole team was very friendly and worked to get it made before my birthday. They were very knowledgeable, professional and transparent in their pricing. If you are in the market for something sparkly, there is no better place to go. I am already thinking of my next purchase. bruce breuer Great service, real people, mom n pop shop, beautiful jewelry, sometimes there’s only one sales person. If they are busy with another customer you just have to wait patiently out of respect for them to finish up with the customer before you. I highly recommend shopping here!

HolophonicStudios Awesome place. Its mostly a pawn shop with extremely reasonable prices, plenty of interesting items, and a knowledgeable owner. What set this place apart for me was the amount of car audio equipment available. Subwoofers and amplifiers of all types and sizes are sold here. I bought an entire subwoofer setup including all of the required wiring, an 800 watt amp, and a single 12 in box for $120. The owner even tested all of the equipment for me at the desk to prove that it all works. The next day, I decided that the sub I bought before wasnt hitting as hard as I wanted it to, so I took it back and got two subs in box with much higher wattage ratings for only $40 more, no hassle. The owner even gave me tips on how to install them for the best possible sound. Now the bass can shake my windows and mirrors if I want it to for a total cost of $160.
