Michele Klein We’ve had many wonderful experiences at Kay Jewelry. The employees are the best. When we walk in our go to sales lady, Mindy always asks if my jewelry needs clean and then she always knows what we are looking for, she knows my style. When she was on vacation Hayee stepped in and helped us pick our birthday gifts to each other. Pictured are my two favorite rings. Thank you for always making our trip to Kay Jewelry memorable.

Isabel Alvarez My Husband and I went in to potentially upgrade our wedding rings. We were immediately greeted by friendly faces at this location. We were helped by Darysabel who was so Helpful and patient. She helped us and went over everything with such detail. We have been back a few times now to Either browse or make payments and every time she is there she is always so helpful and friendly. The rings were beautiful but the experience was even better!

She went above and beyond to help us with getting a new wedding set after an issue with the ring we bought from Kay’s several years ago became damaged. Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!

Jimmy Jim and Sue were both amazing!! They really made you feel comfortable. They made sure she had plenty of options and worked until she found the one she wanted.
