Cindi Marcello I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. Chela This was by far my favorite jewelry store in Galena. There were many options available in all sizes sorted very well and organized. Real sterling silver jewelry. There’s a variety of styles to choose from. The man at the register was very kind and friendly. They also have an upstairs with holiday decor all year long. Loved the place so much I came back to buy more rings.

Jason Krischke Worked with Madison and the team at Adornment & Theory to build out a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. They were fantastic from start to finish, with a great detailed and iterative approach, giving us sketches, a CAD design, and ultimately the completed ring. They were great allowing me to provide my own diamond, customizing the design, and even accommodating some awesome personal touches (embedded stones inside the band).
