We have known them for over 15 years now - they got to know my wife and I and have recommended several gifts to me that my wife has loved. I met them looking for an engagement ring - They took the time to explain different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As we narrowed down the style, cut, clarity, etc. they found multiple options and designed a fantastic ring. Highly recommend Donna and her family.

They were incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of their way to be flexible with timelines. I had a custom engagement ring made, and not only did they bring our vision to life beautifully, but they also delivered it within the exact timeline they promised. We went to Donna’s after a pretty horrible experience at another jeweler, so we were a bit anxious about trusting a new person with the design of my engagement ring. Not only did Donna (daughter) and Danny (father) do a wonderful job at easing our anxieties, they did an even more outstanding job at building my custom engagement ring! I knew I wanted something unique from the usual rings, but I didn’t do a great job explaining what I wanted. Donna was so helpful in working with us until we came up with a design I loved. From selecting the diamond to building the mold, the entire process was quick, easy and fun! If I remember correctly, turn around time was about one month. I really wanted Danny to hand make my ring so that it remained a timeless work of art, and he did exactly that. The day we got engaged was the happiest day thanks to Danny and Donna!

5 /5 Jacob Anderson: Donna saved my engagement. I worked with an out of state jeweler on a custom ring that arrived a week before my proposal date, and the ring was totally out of proportion. I brought it to Donna the Saturday before my proposal and they were able to make a new setting and re-set the center stone in under a week. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and my fiancée was thrilled. So grateful for their help - you cant go wrong working with this team!

5 /5 George Lee: If you are looking for beautiful, quality jewelry, accompanied by knowledgeable, no pressure, friendly service, you have to go to Donna Jewelry Company. For several months we were looking for a special diamond for our engagement ring. Something that was also in our price range. We visited a few jewelers and told them what we were looking for. We found that those jewelers were more interested in either making a sale or they didn’t understand the GIA parameters we gave them. In addition we spoke with jewelers online and found that it was very difficult buying the diamond of our lifetime sight unseen. We went to Donna Jewelry and had a wonderful experience. We informed Donna and Danny of what we were looking for and they identified several GIA certified diamonds that we were able to view. After viewing the diamonds, and discussing the parameters, we found that special diamond. We also told them the style of ring we were interested in putting the diamond into and they custom made a beautiful platinum ring for us. An added convenience, they recommended an excellent jewelry insurance company. After research we purchased the insurance for our ring through that company. Donna and Danny sent the appraisal and pictures of the ring we purchased to the insurance company, which made the process very simple, and we felt secure going home with our special ring. Donna and Danny, thank you for all your help!
