Not only was the service incredibly fast and the price very reasonable, but they did an absolutely beautiful job. My ring looks just as new as it did 27 years ago. They are true professionals, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

1 /5 Stephen Krex: I brought in a watch to change the band. This was a very expensive platinum piece. I literally saw them take a razor and cut the lug on my over $50k watch. They then told me they were not responsible. I will never go back there. I had the lug fixed as best it could be and then sold it and lost 10k. Thanks a lot Morton Grove Jewelers. Note to Google: This 100% happened there and they know it! If there are questions reach out. Not only that if MG Jewelers wants to make this right they can reach out but I highly doubt that.

The people were sweet and friendly and I got my ring back in about a week and it looks like it was custom made for me. The craftsmanship was top notch and the work was seamless.
