Psychedelic Jungle Nothing out of the ordinary, its a normal Spencers just like any other. Last time I went the employees seemed kind and easy to approach, one of them was even wearing an oversized wig with sunglasses and a fake beard, funny dude kinda looked like Jerry Garcia.

Colleen Hermes Had the best experience shopping for a ring with Michelle! I am a bit picky when it comes to jewelry. She made me feel so comfortable and heard about the styles I liked. It made the whole experience a literal joy! Definitely recommend working with her if you are looking for something special!

Levell Exum Kristy Wu was terrific. Not only did she show us multiple Rolex watches that we were interested in, she made great recommendations of models we weren’t familiar with. And she showed us an amazing Patek Philippe that will come home with us one day. We are looking forward to a call on a new Rolex.

Jenna Salemie Al is the absolute best and we can’t say enough great things about him. Not only is he kind and fair, he is very talented and knowledgeable. My fiancé gave Al an inspiration photo of the ring I wanted, and had my ring custom made. Within three weeks of ordering the ring, it was finished! It is even better than the inspiration photo. I absolutely am in love with how it turned out. Al even placed two more prongs on the ends of the diamond setting after we realized it was a little sharp, and got that done the same day. I am highly impressed with him & his work! I have the more beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen and I couldn’t be happier. ❤️

Katee Fletcher I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!

Liz Etling I got my engagement ring and wedding band from here, and we had the most amazing experience! We love the people at Lustig. They’re very professional, and they’ve made me feel so special during each visit. Girly is always eager to help and shared in my excitement when I tried my wedding band on for the first time. Roman was also very understanding and willing to adjust my ring until it fit just the way I like! We will definitely be using Lustig for all of our jewelry-related needs in the future!

Cindi Marcello I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. Krishnakumar Ulaganathan A place where we always shop for Gold Ornaments. They have all sort of Jewelry including Diamonds. They have excellent Customer Service. We were able to engage with them over the phone few days in advance and select which type that we need and were able to pay advance to lock in the price. Sijin, Farha, and Fariha, are so awesome they took care of us while we were at the shop. They will accompany you on your choices and make you feel comfortable about what you are saving for the future.
