I was interested in resizing my original engagement ring. I came the next day and Sam helped me out. I landed up buying a new engagement ring and turned my old diamond into a pendent. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Both the ring and the pendent only took a week to get back. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks to all that helped me out.

The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well. They reset my husbands family heirloom ring beautifully and I was so happy with how it came out. Bryn Mawr was transparent at every turn about cost and recommendations, not to mention that they have even resized my ring twice now free of charge. Even if you dont live in this area, its worth the drive!!
