The girls all loved their permanent jewelry take away gift and have been talking about them for days!! Joanna was prompt with communication and treated all the guests with kindness and understanding! Bill Molosz The Machesney Park, IL Kay Jewelers is worthy of a rating beyond 5 stars! Jaimie and Ann, and every other associate I encountered were beyond the best in customer service. I took my wifes ring in for repair, and they were beyond helpful and provided me with options for a quality repair. Kay Jewelers is second to none in quality and customer service. They will be my go-to from now on! The ring spoken of is pictured. Work done: replaced Tanzanite stone, diamond baguette and re-dipped. My wife was very pleased when it was returned to her.

Patrick Talley This shop was great. It was clean with a friendly environment. I had to bring my son with and my child was treated with the same high level of respect as I recieved. Theres a little bit of everything in here. Prices were fair. Some stuff was cheaper some stuff more expensive like graded coins for instance. I dont buy graded personally as Im primarily a stacker. I will be a life long customer now. I highly recommend giving this store a shot.

I’ve purchased many different items from Billy, plenty of diamonds, as this is my daughter’s birthstone (rings, earrings), but my favorite story is this… I’d been on the hunt for a “black opal” for 6 years. I walked into The Diamondaire and asked point blank if they had one. I had asked this question of many area jewelers for years. Billy had just returned from a show and happened to have ONE, that was loose. I asked that we get it put into a setting, and that I didn’t care what the cost was. I’d been searching for years, and this stone was sentimental to me. Billy and his staff helped me pick a setting and a few days later I was able to bring home the most beautiful, important ring of my life. I later went back and picked out a band that I thought looked beautiful with my ring; diamonds of course. I’ve been in and out of that store so many times in the last year. To make purchases, sales, get cleanings, resizing or to just chat with friends and love on Adrian. They’re always ready with a friendly smile, hug/handshake and a glass of whatever you’re drinking that day. This is my jeweler. I’ll keep going back to look at the pretty jewelry, chat with kind, wholesome people and pet the cutest pittie you’ve ever seen.
