We have known them for over 15 years now - they got to know my wife and I and have recommended several gifts to me that my wife has loved. I met them looking for an engagement ring - They took the time to explain different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As we narrowed down the style, cut, clarity, etc. they found multiple options and designed a fantastic ring. Highly recommend Donna and her family.

I’ve picked up a few different pieces over time (a necklace, earrings, and a rings), and Julie has helped me with all of them. She never rushes you, gives honest advice, and somehow always knows what’s going to look great. I love everything I’ve bought, and I always get compliments when I wear them. Chela This was by far my favorite jewelry store in Galena. There were many options available in all sizes sorted very well and organized. Real sterling silver jewelry. There’s a variety of styles to choose from. The man at the register was very kind and friendly. They also have an upstairs with holiday decor all year long. Loved the place so much I came back to buy more rings.

Maddie Berkvam Absolutely fantastic jewelers and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are professional, reliable, timely, kind, and do incredible work. They reset my husbands family heirloom ring beautifully and I was so happy with how it came out. Bryn Mawr was transparent at every turn about cost and recommendations, not to mention that they have even resized my ring twice now free of charge. Even if you dont live in this area, its worth the drive!!
