We had a family stone we needed reset; they helped us design a setting, even providing a complimentary wax model to help me visualize the ring and make edits before it was cast. Their communication was great and they made an overwhelming experience feel easy.

Miranda Sneade I could actually spend all day in this store. Not a lot of smaller towns have great places to shop for clothing but Bishop Hill definitely does. The girls in there are really sweet and super helpful. They’ve got anything from children’s clothing to plus size to accessories and there’s tons of home decor and antique furniture in there. I’ve ben there three times and I still wanna go back and look around more.

Connie Casillas I really love this place. I came here to replace an earring that I had lost and they were able to make the earring. They did a beautiful job. I came here to get a ring fitted and an appraisal of the ring. I forget the gentlemens name that worked on my jewelry, but he is very excellent at what he does and is very nice. He even fixed my tote strap. My mom has also gone to this jewelers back in the day and she was the one that told me about it.

Jimmy Jim and Sue were both amazing!! They really made you feel comfortable. They made sure she had plenty of options and worked until she found the one she wanted. They really went above and beyond to make sure we left there satisfied. Absolutely beautiful selections in all jewelry. Please go give them a visit!

Cindi Marcello I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing Costello is to deal with. And I wasnt even buying anything at this point. Leslie was fabulous. Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! No wonder everyone raves about this place. My sister has been a patron for over 30 years and cannot say enough about the people, the selection and the quality. Nicolas Waldron Staff: this is the first time I had been here. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and knowledgeable. Very kid friendly. They even have a sitting area for the people drug their by their significant others. Building: the building is spacious. Plenty of area to move around. Bathrooms were clean. Products: products were good quality. A little more pricey than other local places. This shouldn’t discourage you though. This place is fun and should be visited by anyone into Chrystal’s, gems, healing, herbs, and other spiritual life style items. Parking: parking is kind of tight, but there are enough to go around. Star rating: 5 because of the quality of the items for sale, and the friendly staff. They need had fruit snacks for the kid. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. Note: Jack is friendly and usually hangs out where you can pet him! Swing through, buy some sage or just stop to love on Jack. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.
