5 /5 Aaron Edwards: I bought a Bluetooth ION speaker from PK on 5/23/25. The worker that helped me attempted to turn it on with no success. He then plugged it in and it came right on. He told me that the battery needed to be charged. So I purchased the speaker and immediately went and plugged it in to charge. About 4 hours later I unplugged the speaker and there wasn’t a charge at all. I called PK and the manager told me it needed to charge 8 hours. Long story short the battery was bad in it. I purchased a new one on my own. The greatest thing is PK refunded my money back for the cost of the new battery. I used the speaker all Memorial Day weekend and it worked great!!! This is excellent customer service and I highly recommend PK for your next cut rate purchase.

1 /5 Acoustic Screeching: Literally the worst experience of any pawn shop Ive ever been in. The people behind the counter were extremely rude and gave horrible service in general. Doubly so for anything related to firearms, another pawn shop literally right down the street is much better and provides far superior service.

1 /5 Lillianna Maguire: I placed an item on layaway here.. It was a $1700 necklace. I owed $446 .. Long story short somehow my account was canceled and I was refused a refund And never received a notification about what happened. I find it strange how the item placed on layaway is no longer in the store, and that the money evidently goes straight back to the store itself??? Has anyone else experienced this?

5 /5 Michael Kane: Great staff, always helpful and caring. Great competitive pricing and an awesome setting as far as the store layout goes. They have a wide variety of things, and they always have done me absolutely great! My personal rating for this company and store is a 10/10! The Decatur Location is just as awesome as this Springfield location as well. Both get my personal, professional 10/10!
