She was able to source the exact specs/dimensions we were looking for. We previously had shopped around at multiple locations including Jewelers Row in the city and it was very clear Krystyna’s experience was unmatched. It was a stress free process and incredibly streamlined. The ring was ready to go in a couple weeks. Not to mention the ring was 10x cleaner than any of the previous ones we saw at other locations. Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.
