Lauren Russo 5 stars is not enough stars for John and Adrianna (I think that is her name, so sorry I forgot :( ). However, they made my husband and I’s experience the best. We had difficulty with my engagement ring my husband purchased in 2019, and John was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Adrianna was amazing with helping us find a new ring, and walked us through Zale’s trade-in policy. We were able to walk away with a brand new ring, and wedding band along with a great warranty. Those two made our day, and we are super thankful for them!

Tanya Orndorff I was looking for a jeweler close to home because my watches needed to get new betteries, and one needed a small repair. I also had some jewelery that I no longer wanted, and thought I would bring it in with me when I dropped off my watches to see if they were interested in them. Susan, the owner, was there and helped me right away. What she didnt know is that I had thought about selling my rings before, and other jewelers had looked at the wedding set. Spencers did make me a better offer, and I was happy to let them go and put that money to good use. I also cant wait to go back and shop around. I wear a lot of business casual attire, and sometimes a nice piece of jewelery makes you look a little more put together. They have jewelery in my budget, and some pretty little things that I cant wait to add to my birthday/anniversary/xmas lists! Also want to note they have a very friendly staff :) 5 stars, 6 flags, 2 thumbs up!

Sara Ruiz A few years ago my now fiance had asked me what my ideal ring would be. I told him rose gold, pear shape, with a halo. I never put much more thought into it as I knew it would not happened for a while. Fast forward about 4 years, the moment happened. He had the ring custom made from what I told him years back and Pedro made my dream ring come to life and then some!!! Its more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Michelle Karas My boyfriend and I stopped into this Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings for the future. Lisa and Denise right away got up and asked what we were looking for. They gave me lots of options, in what I liked. I tend to like more simple designs with a pear shape diamond. I originally came in wanting an opal, but Lisa informed me how sensitive opal rings are. That then helped me choose a more of a diamond ring, as it’s not as sensitive. They told my boyfriend and I about there deals, and helped us save a lot of money with getting our rings. Please stop by here if you want to save money, and get incredible service. They even asked about our story, and told us to come back and tell them how the proposal went etc. Such an amazing, special experience! Thank you Denise and Lisa!
