Douglas Bartels Excellent jeweler and great people. Donna and her family have been fantastic. We have known them for over 15 years now - they got to know my wife and I and have recommended several gifts to me that my wife has loved. I met them looking for an engagement ring - They took the time to explain different options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. As we narrowed down the style, cut, clarity, etc. they found multiple options and designed a fantastic ring. Highly recommend Donna and her family.

Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

I can always find what I am looking for and if not in store they are always willing to order with reasonable prices. Often times they host fun events whether it be in store or on Facebook! Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much! I almost had to buy a fake on Amazon just to have something for my wedding—these people are great!

Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. The Shop on Main is a must see!!!! Keep up the great work ladies.

Vivian Walsh Honestly such a beautiful store. The women that work there, have such a fun dynamic that would be perfect for television series. Such a warm atmosphere. Also very honest which is rare. They want you to look and feel the best. Love this place. Definitely a gem of Bloomington!!
