They treated the piece with great care, and I really appreciated how quickly they turned it around without sacrificing quality. It’s clear they value both craftsmanship and customer service. Alyssa One of the BEST jewelers around! John, the owner, is self employed and the one and only person I trust with my fine jewelry. He’s been in business for many many years and I will never take my jewelry or watches to anyone else. He is only there a few days a week, so sometimes it can take awhile to get things back because he is the only one working there. But I promise it is worth the wait. He does have some inventory in the store but not a whole lot, so don’t expect to be totally wowed by that when you walk in (he does mostly watch work and jewelry repairs). But some of the inventory he does have is very nice and reasonably priced! On top of that, he’s just an all around great guy! So give him a try and support a small business owner, you won’t regret it!

Ashlyn Ryan Sharon knows her stuff, shes been doing this a while. She was very kind and helpful, and I liked that she wasnt a pushy salesperson. Overall, had a good experience, and will be back!

Cameron Reynolds My and my fiancée came in to get our wedding bands for each other and to resize my fiancées engagement ring. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated. Our contact, Alesha aided us in our decisions, lowering prices, and checking in with us throughout the process; She was wonderful. For my wedding band, I brought in another ring to be melted down and repoured into another design. The designer did a fantastic job and K Hollis went to great lengths to lower the price estimate and to get the final product that I desired. Lastly, they did fantastic with the resizing and were even able to keep a very detailed engraving despite it being where they would normally cut the ring. Overall, we had a great experience and couldnt recommend them more.
