Mary Holzkopf Absolutley phenomenal experience from day one. They had a mold of my rings done for me to approve in a week, and had the set complete a week after I approved the mold. Communication was top notch, and my set was EXACTLY what I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Mike and Denetta Eager We bought my handmade wedding set from Dame and Hurdle 5 years ago. We were back in Quincy visiting family and stopped in to Udry Jewelry to get my ring cleaned. They noticed I had a small crack, one of the prongs needed some attention, and it needed a little resizing. We explained we were only in town a couple days. They put my ring at the top of the list, cleaned it, sized it and repaired it same day. Truly top notch customer service and superior jewelry. We will always come back.

Beth Bolyard Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. THE PREACHER These guys were AWESOME!!!! The ladies were SOOO helpful, and patient... and ALL I was trying to do was have my watch cleaned... They even cleaned my wifes ring while we waited, and for NOTHING... I came in with my Bulova, and it was GROSS.... Years of abuse and just nasty in the cracks and its WAY to pretty to be THAT dirty... This watch is my baby.. And they made it look almost NEW!!!! And for ONLY $20 !!!! I was expecting MUCH higher... and they did an AWESOME job!!! Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending to others with any chance I can.... Thanks Lueckes!!!!!

Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!
