5 /5 Terry Scott: Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!

5 /5 Carol Flynn: I cant say anything negative about New Srar . Ive been using all they offer for years. From jewelry repair,purchase and fur storage. These people are knowledgeable beyond the average jewelry stores in that they have a registered gemologyst on sight. Shes helped me out in finding out what a strange ring was made of. They repaired a fine very vintage coral necklace in the old world way. Its not done anymore. They had helped me id furs Ive brought in. I will continue to use all thier services. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to new star jewelers since the late 1980s when they were in downtown Joliet. Reliable, fair, reasonable, and the quality is tremendous.
