She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient when needed, fast acting when necessary and extremely customer service focused! Jp Jones I took my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring to Dream Jewelers so they could be cleaned and replated to white gold. They took a lot of time inspecting both rings stones and documenting the inspection before they even would accept the rings to work on them. They even showed me that one of the tiny diamonds in my wifes halo was not a real diamond. I was impressed with their inspection. I got a call from them after 24hrs telling me that the rings were ready for pickup! The rings look like they are brand new and my wife is super happy! Besides jewelry repair, they had a great selection of jewelry that caught my eye!
