First off, if you have a Fossil watch, Bachers is the only place within 30 miles of Harrisburg to get your battery changed. As Ks doesnt do it anymore. Very friendly, and took care of me while I waited. Which was only a few minutes. Mr. Bacher and his staff have to be some of the friendliest bunch of people there is.

I went in looking for something specific but my associate, Julia, helped me find something that I didn’t even know existed. I ended up going over budget for what I wanted because I loved the piece so much and Julia made the process so great. Mel in the repair shop adjusted my necklace in 20 minutes and I was able to wear it out. Great prices, great pieces - will definitely go back!

John Watters One of the best jewelers! My wife passed and her funeral is this Friday, my ring was too small so I called around. Most places told me 2 weeks, one told me they would try for $200 but no promises. I was willing to pay whatever to wear my wedding ring then I called Christopher they told me come in right away and would try to get it done. He worked on it right away, when I pulled out my card to pay he wouldnt accept a payment, not even a tip. He wanted to make sure I could wear it at the funeral! Definitely a place I have to rave about & if you could give 100 stars he deserves it
