Alex Diaz Bago Jewelry went above and beyond to help me with my problem! My wife had realized a small diamond had fallen off her ring and was devastated. Luckily she found it right away and we were panicking trying to find somewhere to repair it as we are not from here. We are so lucky to have heard about Bago Jewelry. The turn around was also super quick! He did the repair in about hour! Talking to Greg and his son Alex was also very nice! They made me feel reassured and said it would be a very simple fix. If I have any other issues I’ll be back asap. Thank you again!

Brittany P Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

Tom Vowell This is the best place to find exactly what your looking to buy. I wanted to get my wife some earrings for our anniversary. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had to order them and when there was a problem with the shipper they ordered two more pair from another supplier for me to chose from and overnighted them. The delivery was running late and they were going to close but they told me they would stay until they were delivered. They kept in touch with text messages keeping me updated. When I went there they were exactly what I wanted. GREAT owners and GREAT customer service! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!

Mary Holzkopf Absolutley phenomenal experience from day one. They had a mold of my rings done for me to approve in a week, and had the set complete a week after I approved the mold. Communication was top notch, and my set was EXACTLY what I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Emma Wohler This review is long overdue… I took my diamond in to have it set into a simple white gold setting. Bill was so helpful and kind. He took his time with me and all my crazy questions. I really like vintage jewelry and he told me to go to his lancing shop and was able to go through all his vintage setting. And boy did he have the vintage settings. I did end up going with a more modern simple settings. But Bill was so patient while I shorted through his vintage settings. I can’t say enough about this store and its workers. I believe the woman also work a little bits name was Jan, and again awesome lady and so nice. I would highly recommend doing business with Bill you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Bill and his whole staff !!!!

Jenna Salemie Al is the absolute best and we can’t say enough great things about him. Not only is he kind and fair, he is very talented and knowledgeable. My fiancé gave Al an inspiration photo of the ring I wanted, and had my ring custom made. Within three weeks of ordering the ring, it was finished! It is even better than the inspiration photo. I absolutely am in love with how it turned out. Al even placed two more prongs on the ends of the diamond setting after we realized it was a little sharp, and got that done the same day. I am highly impressed with him & his work! I have the more beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen and I couldn’t be happier. ❤️
