5 /5 Brittany P: Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

5 /5 S. H.: Just had a watch repaired there. They could have totally ripped me off but they didnt. So, certainly an honest business in those terms. For years Ive had them adjust rings and do my watch batteries.

2 /5 Brittany Huellen: My family has been loyal customers of Nelsons for over 15 years, but unfortunately, the customer service has really gone downhill since the new ownership took over. They aren’t very welcoming and give a bad impression, making me feel very awkward and not welcome. While other jewelry stores in the area have been amazing, Nelsons just doesn’t compare anymore. We are heartbroken about this change. We had a friend who had a similar experience when she had a broken ring. I hope things improve in the future! Their jewelry is beautiful!

It looks like the new owners are keeping the Nelson’s tradition of providing top quality merchandise and service. Will definitely continue shopping at Nelson’s.

Had to have my engagement ring sized up after a bad experience with a pushy jeweller in the UK, the staff at Nelsons made it such a good experience. I was wary after the experience with the other shop but Nelsons were so reassuring and helpful. They made sure it fit properly once it was done and were really kind. They did a great job, it looked stunning as they gave it a good clean which I wasnt expecting. I will definitely be returning in the future for any jewellery needs!
