Raksheen I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!

I’ve purchased many different items from Billy, plenty of diamonds, as this is my daughter’s birthstone (rings, earrings), but my favorite story is this… I’d been on the hunt for a “black opal” for 6 years. I walked into The Diamondaire and asked point blank if they had one. I had asked this question of many area jewelers for years. Billy had just returned from a show and happened to have ONE, that was loose. I asked that we get it put into a setting, and that I didn’t care what the cost was. I’d been searching for years, and this stone was sentimental to me. Billy and his staff helped me pick a setting and a few days later I was able to bring home the most beautiful, important ring of my life. I later went back and picked out a band that I thought looked beautiful with my ring; diamonds of course. I’ve been in and out of that store so many times in the last year. To make purchases, sales, get cleanings, resizing or to just chat with friends and love on Adrian. They’re always ready with a friendly smile, hug/handshake and a glass of whatever you’re drinking that day. This is my jeweler. I’ll keep going back to look at the pretty jewelry, chat with kind, wholesome people and pet the cutest pittie you’ve ever seen.

Eric Klein I ordered my fiancée’s engagement ring through Ivy & Rose. The experience was great from start to finish! Brittney was very helpful in helping me pick out the diamond and design the ring, even though I was across the country. We are even still getting ring compliments from strangers a year later! I would recommend them to anyone!

However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop.
