He took the time to show me similar styles and thoughtful alternatives so we could explore every option. He even encouraged me to come back in one last time—just to be 100% sure—knowing how indecisive I can be. That extra care meant so much. Greene James (Jmfg) Took the wifes new ring in to have it sized and Rothery does great work. You cannot tell the ring was downsized at all. I have only used Rothery for jewelry work since I was 18 and have always been very impressed. I am 35 now so as you can imagine I have been there quite a few times.

Jake Hundley My wifes engagement ring was damaged and wouldnt fit around her finger. It needed to be reformed but she had a speaking engagement in Arizona 4 days later. Knowing typical turnaround times on ring repairs, it was a longshot. But I went to Bay Area Diamond and they were not only able to repair it the same day (within 2 hours), but also repair a crack in the band, tighten (112) diamonds on the band, AND clean the entire ring! Theyll definitely be my go-to for any ring repair or cleaning moving forward.
